Artist statement: I enjoy making "video Rorschachs" from images found in nature (e.g. smoke, water, clouds, fire, etc...) combined with public domain images found in the Prelinger Archives. With extensive editing, I mix and tranform the orignal footage into a more surreal and abstract image that, ideally, draws the viewer into a relaxed state of expanded and creative consciousness. If there is meaning to be found in the images, it is different for each viewer. I hope everyone will free associate to their hearts content.
